Our patented spray-drying technology makes it possible to create a consistent, microgranulate-like powder. It features low density and medium molecular weight with a polydispersity below 1.4. Moreover, our production methods ensure that these particles have a very large surface area, which gives HyaCare® the best dissolving properties available on the market. As a result, HyaCare significantly reduces the time needed for batch processes.

Faster filtration
In actual tests, HyaCare solutions also showed that they could be filtered in less than 10 minutes. By comparison, filtration of a high molecular weight HA solution required nearly an hour. That means HyaCare can significantly reduce the production time for formulations that are sterilized by filtration.
